Dave's Declaration of Independence

I have been a Democrat and a Republican. Each party has values I hold dear.

I've helplessly witnessed radical elements hijack both parties. Our Constitution hangs by a thread, and Americans are more divided now than at any time since the civil war.

Both parties have abandoned core values, mainstream Americans, and have embraced radical elements.

My absolute loyalty rests with every individual within the 26th Congressional District, not with any political party, ideology, or special interest group. This is why I pledge to never accept corporate donations or funding from special interest groups or any political party. My loyalty is not for sale.

I'm joining 108,000 registered independents in Ventura County who value the Constitution, are disillusioned with petty politics, divisive policies, and misplaced loyalties and have said, "Enough is enough!"

As an independent candidate I seek your vote to be elected to the 26th Congressional District, in the United States House of Representatives.

Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results, is an accepted definition of insanity. If you have had enough, do something different. Check a different box on the ballot. Vote for me. Help me get elected to Congress and we will work together to take our country back.
